When I went to do my tests with them (being 38 weeks pregnant) I was told that they could send them to me in pdf format by e-mail, and now when I called I was told to come and pick them up. 😐 Sincere. I tried online html to pdf converter, but I couldn't .... If I knew I had to travel another way to get the tests swollen, I would go to another clinic. Besides this, I had 2 more unpleasant experiences! Last time I was told that there were no funds to perform the tests for free, and when I got there, a colleague of the lady I had a phone call with told me I was still there. When her colleague arrived, she scolded her in front of me and told me that she didn't know what her colleague understood, but I couldn't do it for free. On the phone I was told the amount of 290 lei, and her colleague when she calculated the price told me 170 lei ... again the lady I spoke to on the phone comes and tells me that the price is 290 and that it was a misunderstanding .... Not to mention that 45 minutes have passed since I waited to enter and I told them that I am sick and very hungry "Excuse me !!! When I can enter, because I feel the need to eat and drink water and I see that other people who come after me enter before ME ??? !! ". I was told that they would call me and that I could drink some water if I wanted to. Disappointed with the waiting time and their response, I gave up their services because the priority was not respected and I did not feel treated properly! I only did gynecology, where even there I waited for the reason that "the doctor has a little work" and I had an appointment ... Another situation experienced at the beginning of the pregnancy ... on the list of those from DGSAMB it is clearly written that they have a contract with them and receive maternal vouchers, and they refused the vouchers. Only after I called Dgasmb and someone there spoke to them, I was called and scheduled .....

Serious, unprepared, I do not recommend. I say by phone that they have funds and you go with the analysis and then change your mind, the urine test is always contaminated (no other laboratories), I do not know how to take small children (no matter how loud they are) because they do not see the vein and others, poor preparation. I am frankly afraid to rely on their results. I have been their client since the opening of the lab in the area, being close to my home, but I quit after their statement: "I am the lady and other laboratories if she does not agree with us." They do not care if you come back or not. the laboratory in the West is carcassed by the lack of professionalism of the employees and aggressiveness in communication! Today I am no longer your client, neither my family nor my knowledge!

Deplorable ... the analysis of the tests is done by a nurse who does not even wear a robe, does not wash her hands after any patient, although she is harvesting on the conveyor belt, the mess is at her house. Avoid this clinic.
