    Employees I have seen seemed bored from life. Then, there is one next to the entrance with a bulldog face with no people skill acting as he is the law, asking you to wait outside once you have waited 15min inside because "they" are limiting the number of people in (but no information poster on the matter) but no one got in after us.

    The most janlica agency. The huge mistake to turn to the CEC. It is not possible to want to open an account and they will ask you if you kiss them in the branch !!!! Some parasites. I risk losing a project because of them because I am not able to open an account even after 3 weeks, Avoid as much as you can!
