Good vibe overall. I don't know about the other doctors here, but dr. Nicoleta Dumitru is very patient, friendly and is really paying attention to the patient's needs and i'd say this tells something about the quality of the work done here.
Very unpleasant experience. The operator that answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and lacked empathy and soft skills. She laughed and told me that my problem was not an emergency and that I was using the wrong terms/words to describe the problem. First of all, I am not a doctor so I am not acquainted with such a specialized terminology. Second of all, the operator said that they have an opening on the same day, later on. I said ok and then she replied that I should choose to go somewhere else since my problem doesn't represent an emergency (one of my teeth fell off)...Now, I don't see why the patient has to beg to receive services that will be paid out of their own pockets and if the operator didn't want to tire herself by scheduling another patient she should have said so in the first place, not pretend that she would schedule me, then advise me to give up. Luckily, I found some other place that took me seriously. Very bizzare, disappointing experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this dentistry from Militari. A clean environment and professional!
