    Unfortunately there is no 0. Because zero is the BCR value. 2 years ago I went to this branch to change my EUR house account for Prima Casa into a Prima Casă Credit Deployment Account so that I would not have to stop an abusive commission. I mention that this EUR account was created when I made the Prima Casă loan at BCR. This year, 2021, I install the George application, also with a grade of 0, and I notice that no changes have been made and I still pay a commission. I make complaints and I am briefly told that I have to prove that I made the same complaint 2 years ago. In addition, to see in the application George the history, or more than 1 year and 7 months, you have to pay an additional commission, once it is right, but still. And to make everything even more beautiful, the eToken used by the George application suddenly crashes. Although I receive SMS and e-mail, they cannot be reactivated because they have to call the call center or go to the branch.     Personally under any criticism! Those who gave 5 * are certainly the bank's employees and their families. Just an open counter, one person in front of me in a row. After 30 minutes of waiting, a lady of about 50 years old appeared and they put her in front of me (NO SCHEDULE). I understand that the lady was older, but at least open an extra counter. You have a lunch break between 13:00 and 13:30, I understand if you want to go out for a cigarette for 10 minutes or you need to go to the toilet, but you can't stay in one counter all day, and it can take 30 minutes for a visit plus to put people in front of people, I think friends, the lady was not old and she was well. The other caserites were in the branch, I don't know if they rubbed the dude or had other things.

    I do not recommend this bank to anyone. In vain it has good services if the staff leaves something to be desired. Call to make an appointment and hang up your phone. I went to pay a fee and I asked for the help of a person from the cashier because I had an error on the machine and the security guard told me that there was no such thing. I tell him to show me the dance if I don't succeed, obviously I was right and I asked him to ask for help from someone at the cashier and he refused me. He told me to try again because it had to work, considering I had been there for 20 minutes.
