    Everytime I tried to collect the money I received throu MoneyGram,the sistem is not working. Weird,I am wandering if I try to send money it will work? Plus,you have to wait in line for 15 or more minutes and than they tell you it's not working!

    Bad service, bored and rude employees and lack of a queue management system, which reflects into a long waiting time until you get business done. Very crowded and small dirty place. There is a lot to improve in this place, given the BCR standards.

    I was in the first hour. No programming. We were received and served. I needed an account statement, which was solved by a young lady with blond hair at the counter, in 5 minutes. Contrary to previous comments, it seems that for us they did not come true.
