The ladies at the reception leave much to be desired, they are very nauseous and disrespectful to the person who calls to make an appointment, after you sit on the phone for minutes to answer. If you ask them to repeat your programming time, they reproach you for not being a ROBOT. The moment they answer the phone they should show up. Leave the staff at the Humanitas reception desirable. But we write reviews and in vain ...
The receptionists are barely answering at the moment. Call both numbers and either enter directly busy or stay on hold for 30 minutes. However, the services of doctors are really impeccable, especially Ms. Dr. Vărzaru Carmen.

My grandmother went to a consultation today 16.06.2021 at a cardiologist (man-I don't know her name), she forgot some documents at home, and the doctor started screaming and screaming and making her "cabbage", I don't know it seems ok for a cardiologist to yell at a patient (who has heart problems) in the office and to insult for some missing documents.
