    Poor services. I waited twice in the same day for 20-30 minutes to be actually kicked out on the grounds that the lady there has a lot of work to do, although after me there were no more people following, and my problem could be solved quickly. I started by explaining what I needed, but the dance was not willing to listen to me to the end. I suffered exactly the same thing a few months ago, in the same person. I have not had problems like this before at any BCR headquarters other than this one. Maybe you should look for other employees, more willing to communicate with the client.
