    An emergency institution garbage, which allocated one person for the covid department, and that person finishes the program at 16:00. People who need specific information or documents such as quarantine waivers to take the covid test also imposed by them, are neglected and postponed for the next few days, without the right to appeal. Keep in mind, "Inspectorate for Emergency Situations" .. emergency .. and they have no one capable to call and resolve an emergency situation.
