A 50 sol place charging 100+ sol. Definitely a noisy place with guests departing late at night from the pool bar and enjoying loud conversation. Also, expect road noise and pumping bass from a nearby disco. For security vehicles park inside on the hotel lawn so expect the sound of a loud motorcycle(s)starting and idling at 1am. 😬
We stayed here 3 nights and had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, aircon works well, the restaurant and breakfasts are decent, and the swimming pool is perfect for those hot Pucallpa afternoons. The price is great too - cheaper than Las Galivanes (which is the other option with a pool), and we found the staff to be much friendlier and accommodating than at Las Galivanes (we went there a few times as we had friends there). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shower was cold - the hot tap didn't do anything at all.
The overall looks nice, rooms, bathroom ok, however there is NO hot water for showers, the wifi signal is poor , breakfast bread is not good, should use chiabatta, served HALF of egg tortilla, the door lock is not working right, window lock not working, dangerous if you leave something expensive. Attention is ok.

The whole experience at the place was excellent! The service is A1. The spaces are nice and comfortable. For people who like to visit relaxing places near the city, this place is the one to visit either as a couple or as a family.
