I tell him that I am not booking for a training but for a pose and that I am well on time even in advance. I show him my reservation online. She replies that she does not see me on the planned model. Suddenly, since the 3 models are already there, she asks me to book another session. Whereas I had put my day off to be able to be present on time on the day of my reservation 3 weeks before. Knowing that I do not live in the vicinity of the sudden uber driver round trip 50 euros for trips without having had my service that I wanted ... So I ask for a total refund impossible. Since MAY 6 I ask for my REFUND we are MAY 20, 2021 Nothing was done !!!! Director not educate at all !! With a schedule on paper and pen difficult to organize !!

After spending 3 days of training there for permanent makeup, I can confirm that it's a total fiasco !! 1st day of theory, very good. 2nd day, panic on board !! the trainer is not able to tell me how to practice as a left-handed person ... to believe that left-handed people are a rare and endangered species ... I spent 1 hour losing my abilities and my confidence in front of a client who wanted an eyeliner !!! 3rd day, another trainer ... this one spent more time on her phone than looking at my work and that of my colleague ... what professionalism !! The icing on the cake !!!! my lip pigments which remained there and which of course they do not want to give back to me ... "this is not a starter kit but a learning kit" yes so what ??? I paid for this kit whatever happens, I left with the rest and it is clearly specified in the mentions that I would leave with 7 pigments ... I only have 4 ... I know that it makes you want to train there, because the training is more affordable than elsewhere ... but honestly put some money aside, take your trouble patiently and go to another center ...
