    This hospital should lose the license to do the PCR tests. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. Me and my husband came to Seychelles fully vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine and negative pcr tests, were extremely careful though out the whole vacation. So when it was time to do the test for departure we were calm and sure. The hospital conducted our pcr test for 2 long hours!!!! They are all unbelievably slow. They informed us that the results will come in 24 hours. However, the next day I received my negative result, but my husband didn’t receive any answer at all. Miss named Bryna told us to go home and wait for someone to contact us knowing we had a flight in 7 hours!!! For any valid question like: “why haven’t we received any e-mail or sms?” “is the result inconclusive, positive or lost?” “When shall we expect the result?” “Shall we do another test?” “Whom shall we contact?” Her only answer was: “I DONT KNOW!” BUT WHO KNOWS THEN? We asked for a number of a lab to go and pick up the result by ourselves, which is our right!!!! She refused and told us to wait for a ghost call. At the end she treated my husband like he did something wrong and wasn’t human enough to have any sort of answer regarding his health!!! We’ve paid 137 EUROS for a SINGLE TEST to be treated like this. Not only we had to do a FAST TRACK TEST for 400 euros to make our flight in Eden, it costed us so much anxiety and ruined the vacation!!! I’m sure they won’t even refund us the money. And we won’t receive any apology. We are currently in the aircraft 7 hours later waiting for that infamous call.... I still have Bryna’s voice echoing “I DONT KNOW!” in my head. IF YOU ARE A TOURIST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND NERVES!!! Don’t go there.

    WHOEVER take covid test here make sure you check the requirements of your country to return or travel to. They force you to pay extra for an "official document" pretending they know better what you need. For example, we were told that we wouldn't be allowed to board our plane without printed pcr test, while at the airport we found out it was not true (UAE residents returning back to Dubai have an option to do free pcr at the arrival).
