If it were an option, it would give nothing to the stars. If you want a professional make up and hairstyle as a bride or guest at a wedding, I advise you to avoid this salon a lot! I live abroad and at the Tjasha salon I and my niece booked a stylist for a wedding hairstyle and make up because a close family member got married in Slovenia. The appointment was booked at least 14 days in advance, and information on how much time we had was forwarded. So they had two hours to arrange for us. We arrived at 8:00 am on Saturday morning when we had our appointment. One stylist was waiting for us. We showed hairstyles - we both wanted a style with French kits. Shortly after the start we found out that the stylist mentioned is not exactly a professional knitter (when so clumsy even long nails do not help very much) and that the hairstyles will not even look as close as we would like. After a while, our discontent turned to despair. She would have made a better haircut at home. It took an hour and a half for desperate hairstyles. The salons were already knitting in the salons and they looked devilishly beautiful and professional. This is a pity. We took on professional styling so we wouldn't have stress in the morning before the wedding. It was for the same reason that I didn't take my make up putty and not my hair putty. Otherwise, in half an hour, I would rise and fall, because to put it bluntly, I did not experience such a floor and a half from the "stylistic" service. Half an hour before we were due, we were just starting out with a sluggish slow and clumsy makeup, which may have been at the level of someone who had recently discovered licensing and wanted to be a stylist. We finished at 10:45. Then hectically drove to the wedding - during the ride I used to repair make up with those minimal things that I had with me. In the end, we missed the arranged reception with the bride, which of course was not very well received considering we are a close family. It's the nerves and the money for the worst stylistic HORROR STORY below average EVER service. All in all, the flood was over the edge. Within a few days, I complained to the owner of the salon and, of course, we expected that they would return the money to us. This is where I live, just because customers mean something to them. I got an answer that they would talk to the employee and offer a solution. Then complete silence for 3 weeks. I'm pretty sure we thought we'd forget everything. After three weeks, I asked if they thought of answering anything. I received from the owner just as unprofessional a response folder as the services it provides. They do not mean to return the money. They offered their most experienced stylist. Now that I don't need it anymore. Where was this stylist when you needed him ?! We're not staring. We are getting married at some level. And why, after all the things I had been experiencing from abroad, would drive for hours, wasting money on gasoline, etc., to be arranged by their most experienced stylist. And what should I do half-stylized there? I mean mindblowing whence such attitude and such stupid ideas. The owner's reply after saying that for three weeks they don't really need to resolve it (after that I asked for a refund and as expected no answer (because I said that was not the answer at all and that the solution was unacceptable): Hello, All we can say is that we are deep into this matter and want to find the right answers from our employee, with whom you have had such a negative experience. The service was provided with high quality materials. Technically done at some average hair styling level. Billed, the price was below average. We think the biggest mistake was that the service was not delivered within the expected time. Of course, these are findings that we have been able to gather within our organization, which does not mean that they are completely objective. We suggest that we offer you a free service of your choice. The service will be provided by our most experienced stylist. Please let us know that we will also be present at this salon with the owners of the salon. With that, we believe that it could turn your unpleasant experience into a more beautiful story.
