    Very nice advice from Ms. Finsterbusch, however, the woman at the reception was very unfriendly, since I didn't have an appointment, I was corrected, I then told her that you don't always have to clarify something and that the current changes are therefore not known to me, me hope the lady just had a bad day

    We have been a customer for gas, electricity and water at Stadtwerke Hameln for 20 years. It was always excellent, service / performance, until 2019. Since we moved in the summer of 2019, we have only received catastrophic, fragmented and incomprehensible invoices for the consumer. Among other things, this resulted in back payments in the four-digit range. Really very exhausting that it has still not been properly clarified or corrected to this day. The award of two stars naturally relates to our current situation. Addition on March 19, 21: Thank you Ms. Schäfer for clarifying the matter described above with us so quickly and at short notice. We will not be able to see whether the problem has been completely eliminated until the next annual statement. Thank you again for your commitment.

Where many different contact persons and waiting times are necessary for other providers, your young employee (Mr. Gerrner ??) was able to give me competent information and help with many different questions and explained the background to his understanding.     At the end of November, I submitted a funding application for a new natural gas vehicle, everything ran without any problems and communication via email also worked perfectly. What a positive surprise that only 14 days passed from the application to the receipt of the money. I can only say chapeau, that's what I call service. Thank you very much!
