    5 Stars. She is a very competent yoga teacher. I have been in their courses for many years and feel very well accompanied in everything that is there. You can always start yoga online at any time - it's not about comparison. Everyone goes at their own pace. Thank you dear Freia from the bottom of my heart for everything!     A great teacher with heart and mind! For years I have felt comfortable here and very well supported. Kundalini Yoga brings deep calm and strength at the same time. The teacher always gives new impulses. Fascinating! I will gladly come again. Currently on Zoom ... also effective and wonderful. thanks

    I attended several courses & it was always great. The atmosphere in the garden house is great. The yoga teacher Freia leads the lessons very varied & gives interesting background information on the various exercises. I will definitely, as soon as it suits me, visit a new course.
