    From what I know, I would advise against building with the WuB. I find the WuB not very professional. On the phone, I found the WuB representative to be rude. In addition, acquaintances of mine also have problems with the WuB.

    We have a Town & Country house flair with that of the W.U.B. Wohn und Bauleistungs GmbH in Troisdorf and had very bad experiences. The problems and, in our opinion, very difficult communication with the WuB began in the planning phase. In particular, we found the planning in collaboration with the WuB architect to be very complicated. You can read our detailed experience report at "our-hausbau-erfahrungen.jimdofree.com". During the construction phase our concerns for our feeling were not taken seriously by the WuB. We felt the communication with the WuB was disturbed from the start. We often felt more like supplicants than customers. With the first allegations of defects, a very stressful time began for us: After each deficiency claimed by us or by the construction expert commissioned by us, we asked WuB several times to inspect and remedy it. The WuB did not comply with these requests. We often found the manager's behavior inappropriate.

    I completed my construction project with WuB in September 2019. It is a semi-detached house, constructed from the Domizil series. The construction phase is of course a tense time, but the trades from town to country are coming together very well. A small drawback is the support given that you yourself are an unskilled builder. Processes could be better explained here, especially with regard to personal contributions. For this I would like to subtract half a star, since that is not possible, but it remains at 5. In the end, however, a great house was created, the price / performance ratio is absolutely right. I hope the WuB has distanced itself from the Peter Schmidt company. I would definitely let another construction company do my own work. This creates additional costs and delays. Ultimately, I receive support from the WuB more than a year after the completion of construction with questions or problems about the house or with the technology. Therefore, at this point in time, this review from me. Many Greetings!

    A very good company with excellent work and very competent employees. Will not be the last house that I will build with the W.u.B!
