We got a fairly new Kia sedan (2014-ish I'd guess, had like 30k km on it) for 120 dinar/day, so like €40/day. Fortunately, the car was pre-scratched on the front and back bumpers, so we didn't have to worry so much about minor dings to the car which are almost an inevitability if street parking in Tunis. Return and pickup were easy, no issues with the agency "discovering" new damage (although of course I'd always recommend taking a video of the car when picking it up). Would definitely rent from here again, as it was half the price of renting from Avis/Sixt at the airport and with a bigger car than the lowest-end models from the airport.
