    Very good advice from Mr. Reisener! I made an appointment by phone. In the office I presented my wishes to Mr. Reisener and he developed my personal insurance needs. With KRAD and car insurance, I really save money in combination. I would never have gotten that on the net! As a treat, he faxed the KVA the sale of the old vehicle straight away. Conclusion: Mr. Reisener determined the real needs for me and my family through humorous and extensive questions. It couldn't be better !!!

    So I don't know how to react to this type of encounter. My husband and I were in Mr. Reisener's office a few minutes ago. We were determined to take out several insurance policies. Unfortunately we were treated like completely underexposed people in an arrogant way that I didn't like at all. My husband had made a mistake several times with the "pronunciation" and instead of liability insurance, he said private liability insurance. Mr Reisener corrected him twice in a disparaging manner and in an inappropriate tone. The mood was very uncomfortable, I didn't even like looking at the Lord anymore. Obviously annoyed by our daughter's grumbling, I put it discreetly, turned away from Mr R., to my chest and nursed it so that it calmed down, followed by a derogatory look and a roll of my eyes. Now we're going to another office and hope for better advice. Mr. R. just put several pieces of paper in our hands and when asked, he reacted in a lifted manner and as if we were totally awkward. It is a shame to make a second attempt with a small baby and that for a standard insurance!
