very clean and the coaches are nice and offer help and free guidance,i loooove swimming and have enjoyed the pool a lot,warm and clean nd empty in the morning,i totally recommend this CA gym than the other ones
Let's start with the best thing that I liked in this gym: their Super coaches and staff! He're the deal: They see someone using a gym machine with bad posture or use the machine not efficiently---> they quickly go to correct that, and with an awesome friendly approach: they don't people they're wrong, but instead they tell them "maybe do this to not hurt your back, or adjust this setting so that the exercise focuses on the correct muscles" I was really impressed by this attitude when I visited this gym and I really hope that the other California Gym coaches (in the other California gyms) do this instead of just focusing on some chicks or just cheaply wanting people to sign for private coaching hours. The other thing that I love about this gym is that it has pretty much everything: nice equipment, nice classes, a pool, classes for kids, AWESOME staff (again), sauna, vaporium, and a private free parking where you can park your car.
