    The Laundry is basically a visual place. The work is not all that great if I'm going to be honest. The most I can give this place is 2 stars because of my not so wonderful experience with the service and quality of this place. I have used a various amount of Dry cleaning stores but this one left a negative memory behind. My first complaint is the quality of cleaning. I took in a pair of my favorite dark blue wide leg pants. When it was returned to me I was surprised to find out that the pant legs were shorter than before and the pants were a tight fit for me. The pants smelled great but the cleaning wasn't even visible; you can't even tell that they were cleaned. It basically looks like you sprayed some Febreeze onto it and left it outside to air. Another complaint of mine is how they staple tickets into your clothes. If you're not careful enough you can basically rip the fabric of your item of clothing by just pulling onto the ticket. My last complaint is the service. I met the owner of the store who seemed kind but I'll be completely straight up and say that this sort of job does not suit her. I dislike calling people out but what happened wasn't something that can easily be forgotten. Her dry cleaning store gave us someone else's pants instead of ours and when we went back to give it to them and get ours they basically told us that they can't give it to us and they need a whole week to look for it. We have not even heard back from them and we have no clue where the pants are. This is a nice visual store but it's not a serious place. I would recommend you to go to smaller stores who actually have a great service and quality of work.

    No one at the arrogant reception, today recovering my belongings she disrespected me for free, claiming that the closing time for lunch gold there was no indication, besides the door was unlocked .. By serving me my stuff she did not stop blaming me something that I did not like and I kindly make her understand that it's me not the client, but she continues and I miss her yet another respect. I left the place without saying anymore, letting her speak alone This is the unacceptable behavior of unqualified staff !!!! You pay money to insult you ...
