Eine urige, alte Bäckerei mit sehr gutem Brot. Da ist auch der Kuchen einzigartig....
Always good
I passed here by accident. I happened to need some bread. When I entered the shop, I felt transported back to my childhood. That is not meant negatively. But on the contrary. It smells of handmade baked goods !! He still exists here, the good baker who bakes according to old tradition. No comparison at all with the other providers and large bakeries. I can only recommend to all residents to buy their daily bread, rolls and a piece of cake with their coffee. The few cents that you may pay more are rewarded. The baker stays, can pay his employees and live on it himself. And the residents still have their baker on site. In many villages there are no longer any bakers or butchers. If they are only gone then the misery is great. Supports the craft. That is what distinguishes a city!
I wish I could write a good review here too, but far from it. Some time ago I ordered 4x4 pound breads for the next day, it was noted and promised to forward. Now I call and ask if my bread is ready to be picked up, from then on the anger really started - in my opinion the boss is probably nothing more than a witch figure for his employees and even later after weeks they treated me as a customer as if I were to blame that they cannot process their orders. You get just as unfriendly there as in the Real in Hameln in the gallery treats unskilled assistants who cannot cope with their private life and Bakery Sweetener would have to completely kick out all German auxiliary saleswomen and fill them with Polish saleswomen. Why? Because the Polish bakery saleswoman is the only employee who is friendly and customer-oriented with customers, in contrast to the German overabundance who unfortunately can be found there. I could say miserable things about the behavior of the German temporary workers in the shop, but it's just not worth it. No more financial support from me. Oh, and they have their prices even after years of work or should I say work well, they don't have their own prices in mind when paying, otherwise you often pay too much. SAD!!!
