    Today on a Sunday I had to go to the emergency clinic because I got such a bad toothache that I couldn't stand it anymore. I gave notice by phone, the nurse on the phone was very friendly and I informed her that I was a fear patient. I was greeted warmly in the practice and I have to repeat it again ... On a Sunday. Well the nurse talked to me and thus bridged the waiting time until the doctor was there. The doctor was also very friendly to me and was in the mood for one or two jokes, which eased my tension a little. The treatment was quick and he explained everything very clearly. My fear was also taken into consideration ... While drilling, the nurse watched me very closely and put a hand on my shoulder, furthermore I should raise my left hand if I was in pain or if I needed a break. The pain was actually bearable. So I have to say I was even a little enthusiastic and would go to him again and that should mean something. I can highly recommend him.
