The doctor is great, but the staff .... 2 nurses are present and are not able to answer the phone and this has been the case almost everywhere since Corona, no matter where you call. Why are there still telephones in doctors' offices and offices ?! And then do some of these professional groups want more money? For what??
Ms. Dr Kammel is a great doctor, only one sister is not friendly at all, wanted an appointment for the u7 examination and I was told that you have to make an appointment by phone 6 months in advance, because I had to go there last November 2020 Granddaughter was sick and I asked them to call shortly before my birthday, it was not the first time that I was disappointed by this sister. I am very disappointed, but Ms. Dr Kammel is a very good and nice doctor
Just a great team. Always warm and sincere.
So when Dr. Kammel and her team is no longer at some point, then Lauchhammer is still a bitter place. She has always been with me since I was little and I've always, really always felt at home. When I'm there it's like a second home! Thanks for your work, I only wish you the best! Lg Jonas :)
