    Generally very unfriendly staff! The employees are technically very weak. I always wonder how such companies can survive in the 21st century when the lady on the phone decides for herself what will bring the company money and what will not :-).

    Thanks to information that I was able to give, the technician solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. to be able to solve! Heating is running again! Great service and that on the same day! Called at 10:00 a.m. and at 3:00 p.m. he was already there.

    No heating in the bedroom for a year. December 2018 the Latzel company came for the first time and flushed the line. Heating still didn't work. The second time the line was flushed again. Heating still didn't work. The third time the radiator was replaced with a new one and the inlet made new. Heating still does not work. Then it was said that the temperature outside was too warm, so the system doesn't start and you can't test anything. In October it was cold enough and I wanted the Latzel company to get their work in order. They don't do that. The Latzel company insists that you pay for the work and the newly installed radiator first, although it doesn't get warm at all. The heating stays just as cold as with the old radiator and before the company started working. But they want the money .... What for ???
