Doctors who look at you holistically. Don't just look at symptoms but also see where it could be coming from! Friendly reception. I was heard and taken seriously. The first doctor who didn't mean: you are too young, too healthy, too slim, too sporty / unsportsmanlike. Targeted investigations were initiated without asking or asking. So I like to accept waiting times, especially since most of the patients are over 68 and let's not kid ourselves, many want to get rid of a word or you have to explain more so that it is understood. When I have an appointment I should always plan emergencies. Anyone can become an emergency. A little more understanding today is not too much to ask. If you want good quality treatment, you can't get out of the doctor's room in 5 minutes. At the latest then I should change the doctor if you are dispatched in 5 minutes. I give 5 stars to doctors and nurses with a clear conscience

Recently, unfortunately, I had to see Dr. Abawi. The young blonde lady at the registration desk was very rude. No hello was said, only the bare essentials were asked and questions were not answered. I have never been to this practice and therefore did not know which of the doors is the right one when I was called and stood helpless and shy in the passage room. Then I was yelled why I didn't go in. Then inside with the doctor, the door to the registration was wide open and another patient was also at the registration. The doctor asked me without closing the door what she could do for me. Only when I asked to please close the door did she do so. There was no trace of privacy or data protection. She did a good job professionally. Today, however, I had to go there again with a good friend to pick up her findings, which we need to discuss further procedures with the specialist tomorrow. So we came to an empty waiting room, Dr. Abawi was right there and asked who had to come in next. I told him that none of us would just need a few reports if we could. Then I wanted to explain to him or the MFA which findings we need. However, he only heard the first one and from then on he kept interrupting me. So the MFA looked and said that the results weren't there, it could sometimes take a while. I was like, 'okay, no problem.' I wanted to address the other findings again, which I couldn't get rid of before because they kept getting over my mouth. The doctor then comes back and says that we should call if we need reports and in what disrespectful tone whether I would have understood that ?! I wanted to tell him that we didn't know that and that we would have to see a specialist again tomorrow and that we wanted to come here spontaneously and ask if it was possible. However, unfortunately he didn't give me his ear and kept interrupting me: 'Did you understand?'. With the best will in the world, I've never seen such a snotty practice. Such people should rather stand at a machine or sit in the office and not work with people. People without empathy simply have NOTHING to look for in social professions! My friend then wanted to ask when she can discuss her latest laboratory tests with the doctor. When the MFA went to the doctor and asked, he said that it couldn't be done and that they should make an appointment. Although no other person was there! I've never experienced anything like that incompetent and uncooperative, although I am in the nursing profession myself and have met many doctors. Then we went to the X-ray practice, who gave us the results without any problems, with the information that these results had been available to Dr Abawi for 2 weeks. Then I immediately looked for another family doctor for my girlfriend, because that is really unreasonable! You are guaranteed to be in a bad mood when you go out so you better skip it!

I think you can not believe much in the previous speaker. He did not seem to like it as he wanted. Mr. and Mrs. They are very good professionals and always keep an eye on their patients. The only thing you should possibly notice is that not everyone can be sympathetic. All in all, sometimes you have to expect some waiting time here as in any other specialist practice.
