    So, according to the website, the company headquarters was also where we live. In retrospect it turned out to be wrong, I was just standing in front of a locked bowling alley. The company then came from Berlin, 40km away. The landline number was used for call diversion. The managing director is supposed to be Mr. Krause, but the name of the owner is completely different. Lock was simply drilled open without mentioning prices for this insert plus new cylinder. In addition, there are two of you. The second, non-working person took a strangely white look at the area very closely. I can't recommend it to others. 324 euros the fun. So, keep your eyes open when you buy a key

    Unfortunately we had locked ourselves out so that a locksmith had to come. After about 1 hour an employee appeared who tried to open the door that had just been closed with numerous plastic cards. However, this was unsuccessful. Finally the cylinder was bored open. This took about 1 minute. We then had to pay more than € 170 without a replacement cylinder. Not recommendable!

    In our need we had to call the locksmith for help. After an hour it finally arrived. Although the door was only pulled open (therefore not locked), we thought that the locksmith could solve this problem relatively quickly. Thought wrong. For several minutes they tried to open the door with various plastic cards, during which time the locksmith noticed that it didn't work that way, but the plastic cards were still the favorite resource. After 10 minutes it was decided to drill open the lock cylinder. This took 1 minute and cost 170 euros with a flat rate for the journey. In my opinion, completely overpriced and the flat rate of 38 euros for a distance of 15km is a farce. Out of necessity, they just ran rip-offs here!

    The two stars are only given for being there after an hour. The lock wasn't locked, only the key was in the lock. After 1 second the door was open again and cost a whopping 150 €. Never again. Making money with hardship.

    I needed a locksmith on a Sunday in the middle of the night. This provider was immediately available and on site within a short time. I was very satisfied.
