If someone wants to experience the most unfriendly, inflexible person, you are at the right place with Jörg Pohle. I've rarely seen anything like this. Therefore I ask all those who are looking for a service-oriented, nice and courteous dealer to avoid this shop.
We too have had bad experiences with this business. The colleague refuses to accept a DPD parcel. When asked, he replied unfriendly that a package had never arrived. However, DPD can refute this. Incomprehensible. Just don't get anything delivered there.
Incredibly unfriendly ... not to be recommended as a partner of DPD ..... can understand the man ... accepting parcels and giving them to customers, in the zoological shop? I'm really sorry for the owner ... but maybe he needs a second pillar ... I would believe that. So pay attention to which parcel shipper you choose! This will relieve the unfortunate shop owner.

Very impolite. Unfortunately!!! Then rather go to Oranienburg :( A shame .... would have come very often, but not like that ... !!!
