    Mindful and with the necessary all-round view, Mr. Hein ensures that the funeral preparations run smoothly. I felt very well advised and never had to dig deeper than necessary into my pocket. We had asked for a small funeral and didn't want a speaker at the grave. Instead, Mr Hein personally said a few words that mean much more to us than any speaker with the demolition of a human life could have triggered in us. Intuitively, Mr. Hein took up exactly our beliefs about death and life and picked us up exactly where we were mentally and emotionally. Thank you so much for that !!
