With us too, the same game, wrong goods received, dubious customer service representative who asked me not to return via the Amazon return center, but separately, via a return label from you. After 1.5 weeks there was still no response about the receipt of the returned goods. No reply to email. That seems to be a scam at this shop. I have not yet received my money from this company.
