Dangerous care takes place there. Nursing home not reachable over the phone for hours. Fax does not work. Nobody feels responsible for associations with residents. The only competent one seems to be a night nurse there. It's sad that old people are treated like that. Staff shortages seem to be normal there. Without competent relatives you are lost there.

I am now also a former employee of the Kursana Billstedt company, unfortunately I had to move to Lower Saxony and so I was forced to quit after about 5 years as a nurse. However, I would start working at this facility again at any time. I have been a carer for over 20 years and have many institutions behind me. I can only say positive things about this facility. I had friendly colleagues around me who not only demonstrated their ability to work in a team every day, but above all it was remarkable that some colleagues went shopping and running errands in their free time for the residents who have no relatives, which is not a given. I can very well understand the reaction of former employees who now write a bad review because they have either been fired or feel badly treated. However, you still have to stick to the facts and not make a facility bad where the employees, residents / volunteers / relatives as well as municipalities and superiors do everything in their power to improve the quality of life in the facility a little. Work equipment, cutlery and bed linen were always sufficiently available. Communication has always worked very well as well. The director is always approachable and very dedicated. Personally, I am grateful for the experience I was able to gain in the facility, whether positive or negative. The years have shaped me and I would like to thank the management, which has contributed to the fact that we as a community master the daily challenges and grow above ourselves. Thank you very much for the last 5 years!

My mother feels quite comfortable in this facility. The carers are friendly, some of them particularly like. The rooms are clean, the food is good. The home management takes care of its residents, and they put their heart and soul into it. You can spend your retirement here comfortably when you can no longer be alone at home.

Worst nursing home .. I worked there myself, luckily only 6m. A disaster in terms of hygiene. Walls smeared with feces and blood. Allegedly cleaned, the next one is already moving in. No to hardly any work material such as washcloths, towels or plates and cutlery. With pillow cases people a dry. Dirty disposable washcloths to use 3 times, because nothing is there. Addressed so often. The facility management made no effort. Doesn't keep what it promises. Overtime not paid and totally overwhelmed in the Corona wedding (01.20). No handovers took place, communication was zero. Not all but some carers are very unprofessional. Felt like in a processing factory, no love, no safe home!

Terrible ... you don't want to grow old there ... unworthy and unprofessional!
