Friendly saleswomen. I wanted to buy a new mattress, but first decided on an expensive model that did not fit my bed. I got an appointment for an exchange. When I was there, they wanted to sell me a mattress that wasn't what I wanted. In the end, contrary to the employee's recommendations, I decided on a mattress that I thought would be suitable for my bed and that was the right decision. In the end, I am very happy with my mattress. The checkout could have gone better.
I actually wanted to buy a spring mattress online, but was unsettled by the numerous reviews of different mattresses, so I preferred to go to the store. Best decision. You absolutely have to test it. The saleswoman was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She also took a lot of time for me. It should be a mattress that is NOT prone to pitting, so I have now ended up with a high-quality cold foam mattress. I was also given great advice on the rest of the equipment (slatted frame, (allergy sufferers) support), and in the end I get the better alternative to my initial idea without long waiting times and inexpensively. Thank you Addition: Now after half a year, no pit is noticeable. My back pain has also gotten a lot better. So even with a 1.60 m wide mattress, a couple of roughly the same weight can sleep very well without hated bed cracks.
Top advice
Thank you very much for the beautiful mattress
We bought a mattress from MFO for the second time. As in all other mattress shops, the sellers were vaccinated with the whole range of lying comfort myths, so that one can also be argued for any surcharge for mattresses and the like. Ultimately, everyone has to feel comfortable on the chosen mattress, regardless of whether it is € 100 or € 700 expensive. The prices are all negotiable. We can recommend the shop.
