Regarding Michał Dobosz's opinion: This comment did not mention the rabbit situation, so I do not understand the slander sent by Redvet, because the situation concerned me. The rabbit was sterilized by the best lagomorphs specialists - at the Skvet clinic in Wrocław, so late in the evening I was not able to ensure quick transport of the animal from the vicinity of Zgorzelec to Wrocław. At Redvet, I was instructed to suture the wound under general anesthesia, but since the rabbit had been anesthetized the day before, it might not have survived. After consultation, the vet Julia G. agreed to secure the wound so that I could take the rabbit to Wrocław in the morning. I only asked for a sedative and painkiller as the rabbit was very stressed and sore. At no point did I suggest "sewing a rabbit live"! Veterinarian Julia G. gave the measures and, without waiting an appropriate time, wanted to give a second dose - I did not agree. This led not to calming down but to the rabbit's unconsciousness. The wound was covered and sealed with plaster and we waited for the rabbit to regain full consciousness. When the rabbit kicked, vet Julia G. let us go. There was no suggestion to leave the rabbit for observation. After 10 min. from the exit, the rabbit stopped responding. We turned back and called the phone directly to Juli G. - NO ANSWER. I made over 20 calls from different numbers because my number was blocked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Redvet because Julia G. did not inform me about the risk of the administered drugs, the dose was too high, but most importantly Julia G. did not answer the phone right after we left. But the peak of the lack of professionalism is describing the situation in a hypocritical manner under someone else's comment, directly saying that I am to blame for the death of the rabbit. I would not like a rabbit to ever fall into the hands of Juli G.

In a very short time, I received the diagnostic results and the diagnosis. They are young veterinarians, very nice, they create a friendly atmosphere for us and our pets. They are characterized by professionalism, reliability and honesty, which is a rarity these days. I am very grateful for saving the life of my female Hannah (Bavarian Mountain Scenthound) with heart disease. I recommend to all undecided.
