    Too daft to invite the suitcase! As part of a Borkum package tour (Borkum Island - time to take a deep breath), the bus driver invited the suitcases of a foreign tour group on the way back in Emden. The error is blamed on the ferry company AG Ems, where the bus driver simply had to count the pieces of luggage. A bus driver must be able to grab baggage that is not completely foreign and load it onto the bus. When clarifying the matter over the phone with the office employees, you are extremely narrow-minded and only support you very reluctantly. There are slogans like: "Then I'll just throw away someone else's suitcase." Suggestions for improvement: Teach the drivers to think along and to count. Teach the office staff basic service and communication manners and train them to admit to errors.
