    This is a public own facility and I wonder what role it plays in this day and edge of digital technology. In the past it was meant to deliver hard copy mails but this time no one sends mails. It has failed to adapt to the new digital world and of a few services such as money gram, western union and mobile money transfers are all non functional. In short The Post Office services are dead.
