At the moment there is this Monopoly promotion. I would like to point out that all the cards we receive have already been opened by the employees. We have a lot of cards thanks to regular refueling here. All that we get are already open. I'm not sure if it's legally ok that the cards are already opened on site and apparently the best cards are pulled out by the employees. Is probably not the point of the action.

I was offered a real meltdown in customer service at this gas station today! Hopefully it will be read by the right people ..... The incident, January 14th, 2021 approx. 6:35 p.m .: In the past year, discount coupons "Save 3 cents per liter on the first refueling in 2021, valid from 35L and only redeemable until January 17th" were distributed. Great, I thought, a similar campaign in the past year with a “discount on the last refueling "It also worked. And so it happened that I had to refuel today. I finished my refueling with a little over 60 L. Check, all requirements met, off to checkout. I handed my coupon to the service station operator and waited for my bill. After a short, tired look at my coupon, the question arises: “Do you have a corresponding Payback card?” Which I answered, somewhat irritated, with the counter-question: “No, why?”. As an explanation I got a sober "naaa because these coupons only work with Payback cards". Now I was really unsure and answered "Oh really?! I haven't read that anywhere on the conditions of participation" .... but I was noticeably annoyed with ".... So no card, or what?" interrupted, whereupon I said no again. The coupon was then crumpled up unnoticed and ended up in shelf P. I paid my regular price and was almost ready to leave, but I was still amazed why I hadn't read the payback section. So I asked the waitress if she could fish the coupon out of the bin again. If looks could kill I would probably have crumbled into dust immediately, but the crumpled ball appeared. It was developed and studied by her. Suddenly I heard "Mhhh, you're right, that's an instant discount on the liter price! I'm really sorry, I must have made a mistake". I was visibly glad that I wasn't too stupid after all and even joked briefly "Well, yes, it can happen .... to be wrong is human" Up to this point everything is fine ..... I got my crumpled coupon pushed back and was looked at questioningly for about 10 seconds. As I slowly became uncomfortable with the situation, I asked a little intimidated "And do I get my discount now?" Whereupon she replied, somewhat hypothermic, "NO!" "And why not please?" "Well, because the system has already billed. The coupon has to be handed over to the staff before the checkout! As it is written on it ..." I felt really ripped off and said, "Yes, but I did that and you did Crumpled it up because you made a mistake, as a customer I can't say anything! ". Your suggestion "redeem it the next time .." Now I was getting a little annoyed "good, if you know what is on the coupon then you can see until when you can redeem it and from what liter number" you checked the slip for a moment and replied "Oh, mhhh ..... THAT YOU HAVE BEEN PITCHED NOW. But that went sooooo stupid for YOU" "I beg your pardon?!?! Why for me? You as the cashier have made a mistake and that although I pointed it out as a customer. You even admit that the mistake is yours, so what can we do now ? " (Note: the recession is not about 1.80 euros, but only about the incompetent, unfriendly behavior of the cashier) The dialogue with the good woman went back and forth a few times, always with the same argument. Ultimately, I was the stupid customer ... no accommodating ... not even compromises such as e.g. Child bars or coffee as a replacement (the cash register would not allow) Annoyed and loudly, I slammed my receipt and coupon on her table and left the gas station with the words "I was often a customer here, only filled up with Ultimate Diesel (it was actually true), but I remember that. I NEVER refuel here! ! " She just looked after me, bored, shrugged her shoulders and said: "Well then that's the way it is ..."

My rating only refers to the LPG fuel pump. Unbearable slow filling ... on demand it was said that this was known and the technician can find no error, just be it. I canceled the refueling process. The lady from the gas station was very friendly.
