    I picked up the two hour tickets from the reception and I went in the spa area. Partly because we relaxed, partly because we lost our locker, we came out thirty minutes late. I was told then that I needed to pay double price to get out of the establishment. I said that noone informed me that I would have to pay double if I stayed a bit more and if I knew that I would have paid more attention to the clock. Nevertheless, they insisted that we had to pay double because it is written on the conditions on their site and did not let us out. I offered to pay proportionally to the time I stayed inside, but they still refused. Finally, I felt trapped and deceived and they did not let us out. At the same time, my whole family was watching, so I raised my voice and they did the same at the counter. They threatened me that they would call the police. They told me that I would be in the black list! They should had informed me explicitly that the charge is double if someone is late. In other swimming pools for example, when the time runs out, everyone is forced to go out. It is very easy for someone to relax and loose track of time. The behaviour of the women at the counter was unacceptable. I tried to negotiate with them, but they always insisted that I should have read the terms and conditions which noone reads and pay double for half an hour. Their threats for the police or the black list remind me that will never want to return to this establishment.

    For many years small, rusty, broken parts in pools wait for management decision to be renovated... So small... but giving so BIG weak picture about managment
