    Having red lice on my chickens, I phone Mr Manderscheid. I ask for the name of the product he offers me that I must put on my hens as well as in the henhouse. He gets angry and hangs up on me ... Answering "this is what they use in the industry" while hiding the name is not a guarantee of quality and in general it is even rather the opposite. .
