Good market

Heute 18:50 bei Müller, wurde ich von einer älteren Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich aus dem Laden befördert. Wir schließen ! Was ist da los ? Andere Kunden die noch 18:50 rein wollten, wurde der Weg versperrt. Demonstrativ stellte sie den Fuß in die Tür! Sie machte dann auch das Rolltor halb zu! Hallo bis 19:00 geöffnet!!! So ein unfreundliches Verhalten kann ich nicht tolerieren. Vielleicht gibt der Chef zukünftig dieser Mitarbeiterin noch einen Stock, zum Heraustreiben in die Hand! Na Danke!

Schön das ich nicht der einzige bin dem das schon passiert ist, die Mitarbeiter in dieser Filiale sind unmöglich. Man wird hier schon fast gehindert vor Feierabend (18:45!) den Laden zu betreten!!!! Ob das im Sinne der Geschäftsleitung ist bezweifel ich! Hier sollte man mal mit dem Personal sprechen, anstatt Ladensheriff zu spielen! Möchte diese Filiale kein Umsatz machen? Davon ab finde ich die Öffnungszeiten bis 19 Uhr unmöglich, es gibt auch Menschen die berufstätig sind! Ein Stern ist für den Umgang mit Kunden in der Filiale eig zuviel !!!!

Were very nice

What I had to experience here today is unbelievable! Bought a hair dryer in this store yesterday. I had a very friendly saleswoman show me several hairdryers. In fact, she was so nice that she unpacked some so I can take a closer look. Then I bought a hair dryer. When I was at home I thought I would try to blow dry a strand of hair with it because I blow my frizzy hair straight. I noticed that the hair dryer is not hot enough for me and is also much too long and that I constantly come with my fingers on the on and off button while blow-drying. Then I packed the fõn properly again and went to Müller the next morning to exchange it. Unfortunately, this time I met a very unfriendly saleswoman (black hair, glasses, bob cut) I explained to her that this hair dryer is unusable for me and that it is difficult to use. Then she hissed at me that she did not exchange the hair dryer because she would have observed me yesterday and saw how I had this show me. I then said that this is my right to exchange this hair dryer. After a long back and forth, I had the manager come over. To my horror, the manager was even more unfriendly and even had a threatening posture. First he said we won't exchange anything here. When he noticed that I couldn't put up with it, he just wanted to exchange it for a voucher. I then said that I was at a commercial school and knew my rights as a customer. Then he barked at me ok we will give you your money back but you will be banned from the house! Then he put the money there and yelled out of here. I've never seen anything like it. They wanted to force me to spend my money in this shop with a voucher, which is unbelievable and now I am only banned from the house because I have claimed my rights as a customer. I expect this managing director from the Müller board of directors to complain and to lift the house ban immediately. Especially since I neither stole nor rioted or acted out impossible. On the contrary. So far, all the other salespeople have been very friendly to me.
