    In December 2020 I made a phone call to ask for a gas stove to be connected. Initially, the company owner himself asked for photos. Which I also sent to him by email, then he also checked his own request and verbally submitted a KVA of 100 to 150 € to me. Even after a later telephone request, it stayed that way. So I gave the order. The fitter came a few days later. Did his job in 15 minutes, more bad than right. 1 hour was written on the grounds that set-up time, travel time, etc. are included. I didn't really feel like doing it. No leak test, etc. I should then assemble the gas oven myself, which unfortunately was not possible because one of the screw connections that was incorrectly installed prevented it. However, subsequent improvement has then taken place. Now it's getting really thick. The bill came to just under € 250. Additional listing of the item transport lump sum, etc. Multiple e-mails to correct the invoice were ignored or acknowledged with very unsightly and anonymous replies. Very unpleasant fellow who wrote these mails. Now the dunning notice came through his brother or relative, although legally not even a dunning letter was issued. Since my health is so, I have now paid for it. But keep in mind to take further steps. I never want to go with .....

    Very quick repair of the thermal bath. Fair price. Friendly staff. We will continue to use the Zauske company in the future.

    Called and asked for a repair of the main water valve and 2 angle valves. Very nice over the phone. I then sent pictures by email and I was assured that I would get a quote. However, I am still waiting for it to receive no response even after three letters. Now someone else has made the money.

    Attention: The Zauske company states significantly more working hours than is being done. Fitters sit in the car in front of the door 20 minutes before work begins. Everything is billed. With us, one thing was then put in order correctly, but another thing in the boiler room would be damaged. When asked by the boss, we were treated outrageously by the same. We were left with the cost of the second repair. Never again Zauske!

    A very personable young man helped me with my pipe leak. The hole closed quickly and overall I was very happy with the work. The price was also reasonable and the work was done quickly and on time
