    This one of the friendliest shops on the Rhine. The wines are superb. The brandy's are so tasty. Plenty of gift items to choose from, such as Cuckoo clocks and beer steins. If you can't visit you can order online. Yes there is a shipping cost but you will gift to cover the charge.

    Stephan and his staff are super friendly and helpful. We always enjoy our visit. Quality merchandise with great prices and my husband loves the flavored brandy. The conversations with Stephan alone are worth the stop, but we can never resist purchasing a treasure or two!

    Stephan, his son and Staff were very polite and inviting to us. We tasted a number of different wines and brandy with absolutely zero sales pressure. I purchased six one liter bottles of wine to ship home my first visit and I plan to visit again to buy more! These folks have a real talent for creating deliciously rich and flavorful wines. Shipping back to the US or any country is easy and quick! I saw about 20 boxes waiting to be shipped around the world during our visit. My bet is you will not be able to visit and complete a tasting without making a purchase. It IS that good. Make sure you stop by and see Stephan if you are anywhere near St. Goar. Don't forget the annual area wine festival in September.
