    We are just grateful. For everything. We were so perfectly advised and looked after. Especially now, in Corana times, when everything was made more difficult and complicated, Mr. Schreiner was available for us at all times and knew an answer to everything and did everything for us. Thanks to him, we had a super relaxed vacation during this difficult time. He's just totally competent. We can only recommend Mr. Schreiner to everyone and will only book all of our trips through him.

    We are excited. During the entire Corona period, Mr. Schreiner was available for us. It was certainly not always easy and we certainly annoyed him too. But he looked after everything incredibly well. Unfortunately, our cruise was canceled in autumn 2020. However, Mr. Schreiner took great care of everything, so that we can now hopefully go on a long journey in autumn 2021. The rebooking was contactless, he could even be reached on Sundays. Great service and finally someone who really knows about cruises. His cabin tip back then was worth gold. Thank you for everything
