    I had to wait half an hour when what I needed would have taken one minute. Only to pick up a packet. This is a little village and this e-cigarette shop is clearly all they have to socialize. The man with no customer service skills whatsoever set himself up as a store. Never again will I go with UPS. They suck.

    So today I went to the store for the third time to send a package back. For the third time I was served quickly (max 2 min), factual and friendly. My adult children can also share my experiences. I don't understand how one star ratings can come about here. Allegedly waiting for half an hour. But it's just easy to rumble anonymously on the Internet. I am neither a smoker of e-cigarettes nor vapors, nor do I know anyone on this team personally, but I can recommend the service with 5 stars without hesitation.
