    As a representative of our dentist. I called there and told them that something was broken on the fixed braces of my 5 year old. Since our dentist and orthodontist were on vacation, our only option. The nurse on the phone turned me away immediately. It would be the job of the orthodontist, they couldn't do anything about that. That no orthodontist was there that day didn't matter. So I had no choice but to go to the emergency service, as they did not want to help my daughter in this practice.

    Miss Dr. Frodl-Schellhammer is a very good dentist. She takes her time, explains everything exactly what she is doing or what else could possibly be done. She addresses the patients in a very friendly, kind manner. She tries to keep her teeth and does not just work materially. I'm glad she's my dentist. Even if I do not want to go first.
