    Unfortunately, service technically a disaster. I had asked the gentleman to make an appointment by phone about damage to my roof by hail, he'll get in touch with my tenant. No response three weeks later. When I called him again and said it was urgent, he said we would definitely get it done next week. I also said that if there is not enough time for him because he has too much work he should tell me please then I'll look for someone else .. No No was the statement we will get it nights, week is noted. Another week and a half later I contacted my tenant to see if anyone had contacted me, still no response. In my opinion the most unprofessional thing I have ever come across, 1 star is still too much for this company. We look around for another roofer.

    First contact, first impression. Technically competent and uncomplicated. It was only a small repair due to hail damage, I will get advice from him first on my next project.
