    There used to be a folder with the ingredients of the baked goods, nowadays you can have it printed out at the checkout. Do you know that the spelled rolls are only made with 0.5% spelled, although you might think that spelled rolls are made from 100% spelled flour and are far healthier. What else has a name in the bakery chains that at least implies a high proportion of ingredients and which is not !?
