Unfortunately, we had to find out that the numerous negative reviews are entirely justified! There are also very friendly staff and competent contact persons, but unfortunately this was rather the exception. One had the impression that asking for information was rather a nuisance. Quality management still has a lot of homework to do ...
By far the worst hospital in the whole area (internal medicine). Incapable doctors with bad German who take care of you ..... for older people ..... And if you as a relative would like information you will be pampted ...... We will never again take a single step into this hospital do!!!!
Excellent: Both the team of doctors and the nursing staff. All are very competent, friendly, take their time. Was in cardiology.
Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital many times and I am very happy that I live in Grafenau and could use this hospital. Staff friendly Doctors always available if you have any questions. Eat delicious. Excellent care in the intensive care unit. If I ever have to go to a hospital again, I hope I can come here
Was in cardiology, was received friendly, it was very hard for me. Only the questioning to the state by everyone who had to do with me, was a bit annoying. Otherwise everything ok. Was there one night.
