    Gruff and unfriendly employee at the counter, hiring someone like that for the job is rather questionable. Customer satisfaction, nonexistent. In addition, she did not know how to wear the mask correctly as a mouth and nose protection during the Corona period. I can 100% support the already negative reviews written here.

    The staff behind the counter either had a particularly bad day or is always so rude to others that I don't want to hope from such a branch. What a shame...

    Very, very unfriendly as always, especially one person! It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. I can only join the other "reviewers". This person should really think about a job change, or those responsible will put them in a basement without any customer contact!
