    When withdrawing my son's gift savings account, the clerk asked whether I was aware that the account was in my son's account. I wanted to make a deposit into a Raiffeisen account, but she would be 'reluctant' to do so, I should go to the post office! After a complaint was therefore submitted to the management with the request to balance the account, I was only sent a letter with no apology or an expression of regret. The service and the reactions were not nearly customer-friendly, which is a shame for the Raiffeisen.
