    It is located high above a rocky ledge overlooking the village of Klus. It is originally from around 1250. Unlike the almost homonymous castle (Neu Falkenstein), it has reached our times quite intact, overcoming wars, sieges and earthquakes. Today it is a museum that can be visited (before the covid it was open from April to October at a cost of 4 francs ....). It can be reached in a few minutes from the car park below via a path and an uphill stairway. This year it should reopen in July.

    Very nice museum for 4 CHF. Castle of the 13th century, it can be seen that it is well looked after It works only on weekends, but you can get there individually as we do. An hour is enough for inspection
