    My move went smoothly. The dismantling and assembly of the cupboards, beds, sofa and outdoor lounge worked without any problems. I was very satisfied with the work done by Bucher Bitsch AG

    Nie Wieder!!! Für kleinen Umzug mit 20 Kisten und ein Schlafzimmer und eine Couch 5 Std gebraucht mit 4 Mann??!!! Männer arbeiteten ineffizient sodass mehr Stunden abgerechnet werden konnten. Selber Umzug 2 Jahre vorher 3 Std mit 3 Mann gebraucht wohl gemerkt mit anderem Umzugsunternehmen. Unverschämt Hohe Rechnung und Stundensatz und sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial wurde dazu gerechnet sowie Z´nacht (ob die Herren das Znacht verzehrt haben weis ich nicht aber auf jedenfall abrechnen, sehr dreist). Unübersichtliche/undurchsichtige Offerte! Nach Rücksprache per Telefon auch noch Frech und respektlos mir gegenüber am Telefon. Nie wieder!!!

    I had made a move with temporary storage with Bucher Bitsch. After the offer, I asked Mr. Bucher for another offer with a cost ceiling. The cost ceiling had a surcharge of 13.5%. The cost ceiling was not adhered to in the first partial invoice. Only intervene after 2x. Then too much was charged again in the final bill. For the shortfall, Mr. Bucher had initiated legal proceedings. It was only after the meeting at the Justice of the Peace that Mr. Bucher withdrew the prosecution. Never again!
