    They did not try to understand my problem when i explained and kept blaming me that the problem was from my side. Then the staff said he reset my password and said it was the first one that i received months ago but when i went back to use it. It doesn't work. I feel that the customer service there is practically useless tbh. Would recommend UBS to my friends in the near future

    Tryied to change money 400 TZS into Swiss. Money that unfortunately I couldn’t use for holiday due to Pandemic Situation. At the cash desk area first they took the money saying that also even was not a customer they were able to Change them, afterwards that said that due to Pandemic situation still on going they said categorically NO! This of course reflects a big lack in service!

    Poor customer relation, staff just gave me random instruction on how to rectify my problem and just brushed me away. When i went home with instruction given by the staff it did not work.
